TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all conversation services between Dirk Kartes and his clients.

(2) The conversation services may be used by individuals, couples, or several people participating together in personal or romantic relationships.

(3) The conversation services take place in person or online (as an appointment format only, not a program).

(4) Clients within the meaning of these Terms are private individuals (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB).

(5) Deviating terms and conditions of clients do not apply.

(1) ONLY LOVE conversation services are an inspiring, resource- and solution-oriented form of personal support.

(2) ONLY LOVE conversation services, as well as mentoring and mediation, serve in particular:

• personal reflection
• developing relationships and communication
• clarifying perspectives
• emotional orientation
• personal growth
• clarity and connection

(3) An ONLY LOVE conversation service expressly does not replace:

• psychotherapy
• medical or therapeutic treatment
• medical care
• legal advice
• tax advice
• financial advice

(4) No medical or psychological diagnoses are made.

(5) ONLY LOVE, represented by Dirk Kartes, does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, or relationship outcome.

(6) Decisions and their implementation are at all times the clients' own responsibility.

(1) A contract is formed by scheduling an appointment, accepting an offer, or by message, email, online booking, or any other express confirmation.

(2) Consent to these Terms does not require any particular form. Reference to these Terms has been made.

(3) Appointments are scheduled on a binding basis.

(4) Sessions take place in person, by phone, or online, as preferred (e.g., Zoom or Teams - intended only as an appointment format, not a program).

(1) The regular fee is €139 including VAT per 60 minutes. For singles who want to work on relationship questions, the fee is €69 including VAT per 60 minutes.

(2) Billing is in 15-minute increments.

(3) Dirk Kartes deliberately allows time after sessions in case a situation makes longer support during the appointment seem helpful.

(4) Invoices are sent digitally.

(5) Payments are due immediately upon invoicing, without deduction.

(6) For reasons of discretion, invoices bear only the description “MENTORING DIRK KARTES”.

(7) In certain cases, a free introductory conversation is offered. It covers up to 60 minutes. If the conversation goes beyond that, the additional time is charged at the regular fee.

(1) People or relationships with a low combined income may contact Dirk Kartes regardless of the regular fees.

(2) In justified cases, individual pricing or free sessions may be agreed upon.

(3) There is no entitlement to this.

(1) Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge at any time.

(2) If the client does not show up or is more than 30 minutes late, the agreed fee is due in full. Delays on the part of Dirk Kartes will be fully made up in time or deducted.

(3) In the event of illness or force majeure on the part of Dirk Kartes, clients are entitled to a replacement appointment.

(1) Growth through ONLY LOVE conversations thrives on openness, mutual respect, and active participation.

(2) All participants acknowledge that topics and content may generally be discussed openly within the protected, confidential conversation space.

(3) Separate confidentiality of individual content toward other participants applies only if expressly agreed individually.

(1) Dirk Kartes treats all information from the conversations confidentially.

(2) Information is used exclusively to carry out the collaboration.

(3) Statutory disclosure obligations remain unaffected.

(4) Audio, video, or screen recordings are made only with the prior express consent of all participants.

(5) The website's privacy policy applies in addition.

(1) The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.

(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts and off-premises contracts. Details are set out in the cancellation policy.

(2) The voluntary rule allowing free cancellation or rescheduling of appointments (§ 6 (1)) applies independently of the statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict it.
