I BELIEVE IN GROWTH.

I've been with my wife for almost 27 years, and we've been married for 25. Our kids are 24, 20, and 15. We live together in Munich.

I was Vice President of the Scout24 Group, held management roles for and at ProSieben and McDonald's, worked with Coca-Cola and Disney, and was a (Managing) Partner at a leading strategy and design firm.

Since 2019, I've worked independently as an analyst and strategist for companies. I call it being an architect - making companies bigger, smaller, more international - together with great people.

I started out as something of an underdog - as a DJ in big clubs in my early adult years, before later completing my more traditional training (communications and graphic design).

I completed further international training at McDonald's (Marketing) University in Chicago and at INSEAD France (focus on analytics).

My mediation studies at the law faculty of FernUniversität Hagen are based on the Harvard University model. In 2025, I received my diploma from the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI), St. Gallen.

My work draws on insights from modern attachment research - the field that studies how people build closeness, trust and connection. From it come clear, tangible steps for everyday life.
